About Us

We have been married for nearly 40 years and have 2 grown up sons who live away from the family home. We enjoy leading The Marriage Partnership with a passion for supporting and encouraging married and engaged couples through our belief in the Christian faith. Over the last 22 years we have delivered a range of courses, run small groups and facilitated one to one mentoring using a variety of resources.

Why are we called The Marriage Partnership? It’s a play on words; marriage is a partnership between Husband and Wife but we also partner with other organisations and those at home and overseas who have a similar heart and vision for marriage ministry - they have blessed us with their interactive help and direction, becoming part of our ‘team’ for your benefit.

We approach marriage from a traditional Christian understanding of this important relationship and think of ourselves as marriage educationalists and coaches. Like many marriages, we have our ‘ups and downs’ but we are always seeking to learn and improve, with God’s guidance and hope you want to do the same. We partner with God because without him we can do nothing.

We are currently working towards CACLC - Certified Associate Christian Life accreditation with the International Christian Coaching Institute
